Terms and Conditions

Where the little ones play is an unsupervised play area. Whilst we have made every attempt to make the play area as safe as possible, due to the nature of the play accidents can occasionally happen. We can therefore not accept responsibility for injuries incurred whilst playing or damage to clothing.  
 
Parents/guardians remain responsible for and must supervise the children in their care at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult over 18 years of age. At no time can children be left unattended at Where The Little Ones Play. 
 
• You pay for exclusive hire of the venue and there must be no more than 10 children and 10 adults in attendance. 
• A staff member will phone one week prior to the booking to confirm details. 
• Amendments and additions can be made by contacting us one week prior to the booking.
• If food is booked, we will require notice of dietary requirements at least one week prior.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid at the party. 
• You may arrive 10 minutes prior to the party start time, so you can bring the cake and greet your guests.

• A staff member will be available throughout the party. 
• The kitchen will be open for adults to purchase hot drinks and snacks. 
• You are responsible for checking all personal belongings are taken with you at the end of the party. 
• We ask that where possible siblings do not attend with party guests if not invited, however if needed then they will be charged the normal admission fee. 
 
Where the Little Ones Play do not accept liability for losses incurred or inconvenience caused by cancellation of the party due to circumstances beyond our control (Including Covid-19). These include but are not limited to fire, flood, malfunction of heating or lighting, damage to the building, staff illness, criminal damage etc. 
 
These terms and conditions are for birthday party booking or private group bookings. Please note that these terms and conditions can be updated at any time and it is your responsibility to check them before making a booking. Should you not agree with any of the terms and conditions set out then you should not make your booking. Should you have any questions about the terms and conditions please contact Where The Little Ones Play before confirming your booking. 
 
Once an enquiry for a booking has been made, it will remain provisional until the 50% deposit has been made to secure the booking. 
 
Please note all party bookings are non-refundable or transferable.
